How do we set our prices?

At Kazidomi, we guarantee our members prices that are on average 25% cheaper than traditional organic shops, and we go to the very limit of what we consider to be fair prices.

Slashing prices in order to be the lowest on the market, as some distributors do, would be tantamount to breaking the relationship of trust with our partner brands, and would undermine Kazidomi's integrity. Our aim is to ensure the long-term viability of our business and to avoid untimely price fluctuations for our customers.

The right price is the one that allows us to honour our quality and ethical standards and to pay our suppliers, producers and employees with dignity. For example, Kazidomi offers stable, permanent employment contracts to all its employees.

Here are a few key concepts to help you understand how we work:

Standard prices: Our "non-member" sales prices are simply the recommended retail prices (RRP) of our partner brands. This price reflects the real value of the product as well as the cost of the ingredients and labour required to make them.

Member prices: Our member discounts range from 10% to 40% (25% on average) off the standard price, and thanks to special offers throughout the year, these discounts can rise to 50% or even more. For example, on an order of €100, you save an average of €25. Not bad, eh?

The role of membership: Kazidomi is able to offer discounted member prices by greatly reducing the margin we make on product sales, and this is only possible thanks to the membership system. Membership provides us with an income in exchange for which we offer you discounts. It generally takes 3 orders to pay off the price of your annual membership and you save an average of €300 a year on your shopping thanks to Kazidomi. The savings are guaranteed because if you don't break even on your membership, we'll refund you the difference at the end of the year. (see conditions)

The Kazidomi brand: Our Kazidomi brand was born out of a desire to offer you the best value for money. By working directly with producers, we are able to earn more on these products and offer you bigger discounts at the same time. Producers also benefit because we eliminate the middleman and save them marketing costs that are entirely borne by us.
