How can I get my money back if I haven't used up my membership?

If you haven't been able to make the most of your subscription, we'll refund you the unused part in the form of a voucher. In other words, if your subscription cost you €59 and it saved you €39, we'll give you a voucher for the difference between the two amounts, i.e. €20.
