How to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your current subscription at any time on the website in My account > My membership, by clicking on "cancel renewal".



If you are within the thirty-day cancellation period and the subscription has not been used, we can refund you.


On the other hand, if you have exceeded the thirty-day cancellation period, we will not be able to refund your current subscription, but you will be able to request a voucher for the unused part of your subscription at the end of your subscription (see also: How do I get a refund if I haven't used up my membership?)
