I didn't receive my sponsorship voucher
If you are the sponsor :
Your godchild may not have entered your email address when registering with Kazidomi. If this is the case, and he/she has not yet placed an order, he/she can still benefit by entering your personal code before paying for his/her subscription. To find your personal code, go to the Sponsorship section of your account: https://www.kazidomi.com/fr/account/my-referral
Please note that you'll only get your referral reward if your friend enters your email address before validating his account and then activates his subscription, OR if he enters your personal code before paying for his subscription.
Once your friend has validated their K+ annual subscription, you'll receive your voucher by email.
You can also find your voucher at any time in the "My vouchers" section of your account: https://www.kazidomi.com/fr/account/my-discount
