How does Shippr work and how to contact them?

We work with Shippr for the area of Brussels and its surroundings (zones concerned on the photo at the bottom of the article), a private carrier, which allows us to send you your parcels at top speed and also to limit our packaging since they take care of our parcels from the warehouse to your home!

Shippr comes to our warehouse every day around 3:00 pm and delivers the packages the same day. This allows us to deliver very quickly but leaves you little time to free yourself as you only receive the email of the delivery slot a few hours in advance.

If you are not at home, Shippr will reschedule a delivery in the coming days and send you a new email to let you know.
