How does the logistics for fresh products work at Kazidomi ?

At Kazidomi, we order the products from our suppliers after you have placed your order. This method allows us to offer a wide assortment of products while limiting food waste.

Why is this method beneficial?

In Belgium and France, food waste represents approximately 13% of total food production. By ordering fresh products after receiving your order, we minimize waste while providing you with extremely fresh products.

What happens if a product is not available?

We work closely with our suppliers for optimal inventory management, but it may happen that a product is not delivered on time. In this case, a voucher will be automatically sent to you to compensate for this inconvenience.

What are the delivery times for fresh products?

By placing your order for fresh produce before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday, you will receive your order the next day between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. For orders placed over the weekend, delivery will take place on Tuesday between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Which delivery provider is used for fresh products?

All orders for fresh products are now delivered by our service provider Shippr. If you place an order without fresh products, it will be delivered to you by Bpost within 48 hours.

Where are the fresh products available?

Currently, the assortment of fresh products is available in and around Brussels. We regularly open new towns, and we will keep you informed of new delivery locations.
