A product is missing from my order

We are very sorry that some products have been omitted from your order, we apologise for this incident. There are several reasons for this. First of all, please make sure that you have not received a voucher from us as the product in question may have been out of stock. If this is not the case, the order processor may have forgotten to add a product to your order.

I invite you to complete the following form. You must then select the category "Problem with an order placed and refunds" then "one or several products are missing" and select the order concerned.

You must then select the missing products and validate the form so that we can compensate you. As soon as we receive the form, we will analyse it and compensate you for the missing products by means of a voucher for their value. Please note that we do not send back the missing product(s) for ecological reasons.
