Some products are missing in my order

We know how frustrating it can be to receive an incomplete order 😕

For larger orders, we sometimes ship items in multiple parcels, which can result in separate deliveries. A quick check of your tracking link or the “My Orders” section will let you know if other parcels are on the way!

If that’s not the case, our apologies: some items may have been accidentally left out during preparation. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
