My package is damaged

We are truly sorry that your delivery did not go smoothly and that your products were damaged , we apologize for this incident beyond our control! We do our best to protect our products but unfortunately the carriers are not always as kind as we are with the packages.

I invite you to complete the following form. You must then select the category "Problem with an order placed and refunds" then "one or several products are broken" and select the concerned order.  Please note that you must be logged in to complete the form.

You will then have to select the damaged products and attach photos illustrating the problem encountered so that we can compensate you.

The compensation is in the form of a voucher for the value of the product and gives you access to free delivery on your next Kazidomi order. Please note that we do not return products (unless the whole package is damaged) for ecological reasons.
